Originally from Italy, he considers himself a Swim Coach, Entrepreneur, Manager and Visionary who has the inner strength and capacity to motivate the people he works with: athletes, coaches, parents, institutions and business partners. He is passionate about the sport’s world and truly believe in the values of family, teamwork, commitment, dedication, passion and thinking out-of-the box. His philosophy of work is based on individualization and on the ability to tailor each person’s experience with a meaningful plan to work towards the realization of their goals. He qualified and coached 20 athletes from 13 different countries in three Olympic Games.
