community with world class coaching by developing swimmers in a positive, fun and supportive environment under a philosophy of diversity, integrity and honesty..
VISION STATEMENT
To be the swim club of choice in South Florida and around the world.
WHY AZURA?
Our philosophy is that the individual is the strength of the team and that the team is the strength of the
individual.
At Azura, we work hard every day to take out the best potential of each single swimmer, trying to help them become better people and better athletes and to be a true inspiration for future generations and reason of pride for older generations.
We strongly believe that the only way to succeed is
to put in practice tailoring skills for each one of our
athletes in the program, focusing on their strengths and improving their weaknesses.
Our job as coaches and leaders is to have everyone
in the team trusting the process and our athletes’
job is to work hard and believe in themselves and in their teammates.
