Azura Florida Aquatics is a swim program, formed by dedicated professionals in the field of swimming, who create and develop aquatic programs within our community.
Azura Florida Aquatics swim programs teach and train swim athletes of all ages from novice to world class swimmers.
Our coaching style instills confidence and a positive attitude in all our swimmers providing them a positive experience that will help them to meet their life goals and future endeavors in a safe environment.
Coach Gianluca Alberani
Head Coach/CEO/Technical Director
Originally from Italy, he considers himself a Swim Coach, Entrepreneur, Manager and Visionary who has the inner strength and capacity to motivate the people he works with: athletes, coaches, parents, institutions and business partners. He is passionate about the sport’s world and truly believe in the values of family, teamwork, commitment, dedication, passion and thinking out-of-the box. His philosophy of work is based on individualization and on the ability to tailor each person’s experience with a meaningful plan to work towards the realization of their goals. He qualified and coached 20 athletes from 13 different countries in three Olympic Games (2016 Rio, 2021 Tokyo, 2024 Paris).
